Professional Planning

Most forms of development require some kind of planning liaison with the Local Planning Authority. We can advise on a range of planning issues and regularly submit Planning Application, Planning Determination applications and Certificate of Lawfulness applications.

Within Pembrokeshire the relevant planning policies are contained within the Joint Unitary Development Plan - adopted version.  This document has been prepared jointly by Pembrokeshire County Council and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. 

However, the Council is currently in the process of consulting over the new Local Development Plan which will replace the Joint Unitary Development Plan. 

Shortly they will be asking for submissions of potential development land.
