Professional Planning

Most forms of development require some kind of liaison with the Local Planning Authority. We can advise on a range of planning issues and regularly submit Planning Applications, Planning Determination applications and Certificate of Lawfulness applications.

Within Pembrokeshire the relevant planning policies are contained within the Joint Unitary Development Plan - adopted version.  This document has been prepared jointly by Pembrokeshire County Council and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. 

However, the Council is currently in the process of consulting over the new Local Development Plan which will replace the Joint Unitary Development Plan.  This new plan will shortly available in draft for consultation.
