Tenancy Matters

We specialise in agricultural tenancies which are invariably regulated by either the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 (AHA 1986) or the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 (ATA 1995).

Most established tenancies are protected by the AHA 86 although all new tenancies created since 1995 are regulated by the ATA 95. The rules for each type of tenancy are different therefore professional advice is strongly recommended.

We can prepare written agreements for each type of tenancy.  We would inspect the property; thereafter agree the terms between the Landlord and Tenant.  The agreed terms are then contained within a legal document.
